If you enter into a separate written agreement with Adtelligent Limited for production or professional services, that agreement governs the relevant services and will take priority over these website terms where the two conflict.

Information on this site is provided to describe Adtelligent Studios, our facilities, capabilities, packages, resources and examples of work. We aim to keep this information accurate and useful, but specifications, availability, pricing, equipment, personnel, packages and service descriptions may change.

Website content is not a binding offer unless we expressly state otherwise. Final scope, pricing, dates, deliverables, payment terms and production responsibilities are confirmed through the applicable quote, proposal, booking confirmation or contract.

Submitting a quote form, booking request, preferred date or project brief does not by itself create a confirmed booking or contract. A booking is confirmed only when Adtelligent Limited expressly accepts it and any required commercial or contractual conditions have been satisfied.

Availability displayed or discussed through the site may change until a booking is confirmed. Production-specific arrangements may be governed by separate Production Terms, a statement of work, invoice or other agreed document.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit through the website is accurate and that you have the right to provide any brief, link, image, script, brand asset or other material you send to us.

You grant Adtelligent Limited permission to review and use submitted materials as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, assess production requirements or deliver an agreed service. Ownership and production-use rights for client materials and final deliverables should be set out in the applicable client agreement.

You must not use the website to:

• break any applicable law or infringe another person's rights;
• submit malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, probe security controls or interfere with the operation of the service;
• misrepresent your identity or submit information that is deliberately false or misleading;
• scrape, copy or automate access in a way that places unreasonable load on the service or circumvents access controls; or
• use website content, branding or media in a manner that suggests an affiliation or endorsement that does not exist.

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, written content, branding, graphics, software, original photography, video and other materials owned by Adtelligent Limited are protected by intellectual property laws.

Client names, trademarks, third-party media and portfolio materials remain the property of their respective owners where applicable.
